- We do follow "Strictly No Cancellation" policy prior to checking out. Please make sure you have already decided the item you want to get before placing the order. Once the order is made, it is already tagged as processed and ready to be shipped.
- We can give your money back by processing a full refund if in case that you received a defective or wrong item.
- We will also not be requiring you to return the product to us. Just please consider it as a gift.
- Please be advised that we can only process a refund if we receive your complaint 7 days upon receipt. Just kindly email us at email@example.com. Please include the reason for the refund request and please include photo/s of the item as well.
- The refund process will take around 7-14 days before the full amount is credited back to the payment method that you used.
